As far as nutrition goes, ‘healthy eating’ is a subjective term. I believe that nutrition is more than just calories in/calories out. The quality of your food does matter. Knowing what is in your food (and what is not) is vitally necessary for optimizing your health. I want to teach you how to view food as a means of fuel, energy, and nourishment. I want to teach you how to feel your best. Integrative and functional nutrition is my true passion. I like to help my clients achieve their goals by using an individualized holistic approach that includes a detailed review of your overall health and diet history in order to identify the root cause. In addition to discussing history, my sessions often include a full nutrition evaluation, discussion about your lifestyle including exercise, stress management and sleep, a review of labs, and supplement recommendations if needed. I have never subscribed to the ‘one size fits all’ approach, so I tailor each session to meet a client’s specific needs. I really enjoy teaching my clients how to change their eating habits in order to reach their goals and achieve results. Work with me. Allow me to help you feel your best.
